Strict Verbatim Transcription. Verbatim transcription includes filler words such as “um”, “uh”, “so”, and “like”. It also includes stutters, stammers, false starts, and repetitions. We transcribe your audio exactly as it sounds.
Timestamps. Timestamps mark specific intervals on your transcripts. For example if you select timestamps every 5 min your transcript will be marked with a tag [00:05:00], [00:10:00], etc.
Technical Audio. Technical audio includes engineering, legal, medical, and finance related topics. Any audio that requires significant background research for names, titles, locations, and industry specific jargon.

Poor Audio Quality. Audio that contains distortions, distant speakers, high background and/or ambient noise.
Multiple Speakers and Accents. Audio that contains 6 or more speakers and/or strong accents.
+$25 per transcript
Certificate of Authenticity. Signed document by our company which states the transcript is true and correct to the best of our ability. Great for legal transcripts.
+$40 each
Physical Media. This will be applied for CDs/DVDs/Cassettes that need to be re-recorded to extract the audio.
